Yes! Personalisation is at the heart of Atelier La Sylle. Most of my wooden creations can be adapted to your wishes:

• Name & text: door plaques, decorations, keyrings…

• Colours: to match your interior or the occasion.

• Dimensions & pattern: every piece is designed to measure.

Each object is imagined, cut and finished by hand: as wood is a living material, no creation is ever exactly like another. For a particular project, tell me your idea on the Contact page.

Times depend on the type of product:

• Standard products: prepared within 1 to 3 working days.

• Personalisable products: a making time is added, shown on the product page or at the time of ordering.

Delivery is available in mainland France. A dispatch confirmation email, with a tracking number where applicable, is sent to you. Find all the details in our Delivery Policy.

It's simple, in just a few steps:

1. Choose a personalisable product, or contact me for a specific project.

2. Give your specifications: name, colours, dimensions, pattern…

3. Confirm your order and pay online securely.

4. I make your piece with care, then send it to you.

For more specific projects, a personalised quote can be drawn up. Feel free to write to me.

So that your creations keep all their beauty over time:

• Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

• Avoid water: no soaking and no abrasive products.

• Keep away from prolonged damp and direct sunlight, which can alter the colours and the wood.

With these few simple habits, your piece will stay with you for many years.

For standard products you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, in accordance with the French Consumer Code.

Personalisable products, made to your specifications, are however final: they cannot be taken back, exchanged or refunded once production has started (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
