2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Some products are customisable: they are made according to the specifications provided by the customer (dimensions, colours, engraving, motif or any other bespoke element). Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding for these products.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Delivery charges are specified before the order is confirmed. Atelier la Sylle reserves the right to change its prices at any time, products being invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the order.
4. Orders
The order is confirmed after acceptance of these T&Cs and confirmation of payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer. For customisable products, the customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the specifications provided.
5. Payment
Payment is made online securely via our provider Stripe. No bank card data is stored by Atelier la Sylle. The order is only firm once payment has actually been received.
6. Delivery
The terms, times and costs of delivery are detailed in our Delivery Policy. For customisable products, the manufacturing time is added to the shipping time.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, for standard products.
Important exception — customisable products: in accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Consequently, any customisable product is final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once its manufacture has begun on the basis of the specifications provided by the customer. The customer is informed of this and expressly accepts it before confirming their order.
The procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal are set out in our Returns Policy. This exclusion does not apply to defects of conformity or hidden defects, covered by the legal guarantees below.
8. Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial warranty, the seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). These guarantees also apply to customisable products with a manufacturing defect.
9. Personal data
The data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, drawn up in compliance with the GDPR.
10. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
