This policy sets out the terms of return, withdrawal and refund for products purchased on the Atelier la Sylle site.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty.

2. Exclusion — customisable products

In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Any customisable product is therefore final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable once its manufacture has begun. This exclusion does not preclude the legal guarantees in the event of a defect.

3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, by email to contact@atelier-la-sylle.fr or by post to Atelier la Sylle, 38 rue des Cailleboudes, 91620 La Ville du Bois. You may use the model form below, although this is not compulsory.

4. Returning the products

You must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The products must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused. The direct cost of returning the items is your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may defer the refund until the goods have been recovered or proof of their dispatch has been provided. The refund is made using the same means of payment as that used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Defective or non-conforming products

In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product — including customisable products — contact us at contact@atelier-la-sylle.fr. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, with no return costs charged to you in this case.
